Small Groups

Adult Formation Classes

Adult Formation Classes (Adult Sunday School) typically meet Sundays following worship, and run from approximately 10:45 to 11:45 AM.  The classes meet in the education wing of the church.  These classes cover a wide range of topics, are led by both lay and clergy members, and are very informal and conversational in nature.

Men's Bible Study

“Spiritual nourishment at a pre-dawn, midweek hour is the perfect way to be re-awakened to God's love and creation. It reminds us of God's sustaining grace as it encourages our relationship with one another and Jesus Christ halfway between regular worship.” ~Rick Hughey, a founding member of the group since it began over a decade ago.  The Men’s Bible Study Group is open to all men. They meet every Wednesday morning in the education wing of the church at 6:30 AM.

Women of Faith

The women’s group, “Women of Faith” started in April 2011 with their study on prayer. Kathy Dobbels facilitated the group and had this to say of it's beginning, "My hope is that this may develop into a fellowship and ministry in which we will open ourselves up to listening and praying, away from everyday distractions, for the needs of our local and world community, church, and one another." The Women of Faith group continues to meet on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of every month.  All women are welcome to attend.

Connect Worship Team

We are seeking talented and creative people to join the Worship Team for our new Connect Worship Experience.  Do you play in a band or are a gifted musician or vocalist?  Are you creative with visual graphics, story, or theatre?  Do you have an ear for sound or a mind for technology?  If you can respond yes to any of those questions then there is a place for you on our worship team.  Our Connect service is a very participatory service with many ways where you can use your God gifted talents to enhance the way we experience God.  Come join the team!
